Chocobar Cortés is the restaurant brand of Chocolate Cortés, a 92-year-old family-owned Puerto Rican and Dominican chocolate manufacturing company known for its rich hot chocolate. This is the first restaurant outside of the flagship restaurant in Old San Juan Puerto Rico.

Objective

Generate awareness of the restaurant and drive customers to the new location. 

Strategy

Implement an aggressive media relations campaign that tells the company story and includes interviews with Carlos Cortés, Executive Director of Chocobar Cortés and fourth generation Cortés family member.
